Is 24 to late to break into the music world?

Hello there I'm a 24 well I just turned 24 in May and I'm a male
singer (tenor) and I want to break into the music world.The kind of
music I like is dance,dance-pop,electropop that's the kind of music I
would love to do.You see the reasonn why I want to break into the
music world is because I have cerebral palsy and I want to be a voice
for people like me.I was talking to a vocal coach the other day and he
said that it was better that I waited because my voice has completely
changed and that if I were to start at 16 or younger my voice would
change in front of the whole world.But I want to know is 24 to late or
should I keep trying?Thank You God Bless!!!
