what is that movie called?

I saw a movie three years ago, i believe. About a girl and a guy that
meet for the first time, and have sex on the roof . the girl, who is a
musician, ends up prego. her dad separates the two.. puts the kid for
adoption. time passes the kids like 10. he likes Music. and the way
ever thing sound. he escapes. end up in the streets. plays his Music
in the street with a group. well in the end he makes a concert in
europe i think. his mom and dad bouth go. they see each other and some
how no it there kid.
