Why do so many people complain about Megatron and the ending of T3 when he wasnt even the leader this time?

Anyone who knew anything about this movie knew that he was a side
leader. That Starscream or whatever his name is is the new leader.
And then Sentinel

But yet the one complaint i see on here is the ending and the death of
Megatron as if it was a major point lol
